The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful scenery and breathtaking sunsets. the proximity to the national park made it convenient for exploring the area. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. the cozy fireplace in the common area added a nice touch to the overall ambiance.

The lack of insulation in the cabañas made for chilly temperatures, especially in the bathroom. the need to constantly babysit the fire for warmth and hot water was a bit inconvenient.

We loved the cosy dining place with the little stove for warmth. the decorations were striking and different. Our host, Danielle, was warm and friendly, speaking English and explaining everything in detail. the location was close to Torres del Paine park, making it convenient for sunrise visits. the breakfast had fresh products and was really good. the cabin was clean with a comfortable bed. the hotel had a bar where we enjoyed drinks with other guests. the view behind the house was very pretty. the location provided a rural and authentic experience. the owner, Cristian, was great and organized excellent activities, including a horse ride with Pablo, the horsekeeper.

We felt so comfortable during our stay that nothing was too much trouble.

The coziness of the authentic place in the vast Patagonian landscape was incredible. The wood stove kept us warm and added to the rustic atmosphere. The staff were attentive and welcoming, always making sure we had tea and cookies. We also loved the opportunity to go horseback riding, it was a great experience. Plus, being able to see the herding of the sheep and the care for the animals was a unique and enjoyable aspect of our stay.

The lack of variety in the breakfast options was a letdown. We had the same thing every day, which got a bit monotonous.
